Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 29, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the online Pilates teacher training programs (“Programs”) offered by LEAD Pilates Education Inc. (“LEAD”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in or accessing any of our Programs, you (“Student”, “Participant”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Program Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the online learning platform where course materials, videos, quizzes, and other content are hosted. Access is provided for the duration of the program or any period explicitly stated at the time of enrolment.
You agree not to share, distribute, or allow unauthorised access to your login credentials or course materials.
3. No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Full program payments (Pay in Full)
Payment plan instalments
Deposits or administrative fees

4. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, documents, slides, graphics, and written materials—is the intellectual property of LEAD Pilates Education Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, share, copy, resell, or distribute any of the content for commercial or non-commercial use without prior written permission from LEAD.
5. Certification Requirements
Certification is granted only upon successful completion of the required course components, including:
Mat and/or Reformer Levels 1–3
Anatomy Course
Required apprenticeship hours
Final exam(s) and assessments
Skipping levels or partial completion will not result in certification.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
Participation in our Programs does not guarantee employment or job placement. LEAD Pilates Education Inc. provides education content and certification; any employment opportunities are contingent upon external factors and individual effort. We make no representations or warranties regarding employment prospects following course completion.
7. Log Sheet Audits
We reserve the right to audit the time logs of all apprentices at any time to ensure accuracy and compliance with our policies.
8. Studio Use & Licensing
Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only. For studios enrolling multiple instructors, studio licensing and group rates may apply. Please contact us for details.
9. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or content at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
10. Limitation of Liability
LEAD Pilates Education Inc. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur from participation in the Programs. You are responsible for ensuring your physical readiness and consulting a medical professional before engaging in physical activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
